COVID-19 spreads through respiratory droplets from an infected person coughing or sneezing. Someone can catch the virus by touching a surface or object containing the virus and then touching their mouth, nose, or eyes.

A combination of daily cleaning and disinfection is most effective in removing all bacteria, fungi, mold, and viruses, including COVID-19.

Cleaning means physically removing germs, dirt, and grime from surfaces.

Disinfecting means using chemicals to kill germs on surfaces.

We clean before disinfecting to maximize the effectiveness of the disinfectants to kill germs.

We use the CDC’s Three-Step Strategy to maximize safety

1) Personalize

We adapt to your unique cleaning and sanitization requirements, including location and schedule. Before starting, we conduct a thorough site walkthrough and have ongoing dialogue with your safety teams for optimal transparency and efficiency.

2) Implement

As members of the Association for the HealthCare Environment through the American Hospital Association, we use the most up to date hospital infection protocols which continually evolve to maximize safety and sanitization. Our methods and materials are CDC/EPA approved. For additional peace of mind, we use the ATP Cleaning Verification System which validates if a surface has been properly cleaned and is safe for use.

3) Iterate

Most of our production customers are unionized with explicit rules and contracts. We fill in the gaps to keep you running, no matter how last minute it is. Our team meets daily via video conference to discuss opportunities for improvement in our protocols as our understanding of COVID evolves.

We use safe and eco-friendly cleaning solutions

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-registered disinfectants that quickly disinfect in three to five minutes (killing 99.999% of germs harmful bacterias, molds and viruses) and kills Norovirus in as fast as 45 seconds

No harsh chemicals — non-flammable, non-corrosive, and non-abrasive, which require no rinsing after application and are safe on food preparation surfaces

Less odor

We mitigate risk by

1. Practicing good habits:

Monthly, Weekly or Daily COVID testing (based on the requirements of the client)

Daily temperature checking before entering a customer location

Wearing a brand new sterile mask, gloves, and breaking frequently (minimum once per hour) to follow hygiene protocols (i.e. hand washing, using hand sanitizer)

Wearing a freshly lauded and sterilized uniform

Maintaining physical distancing of at least 6 feet apart

Increasing ventilation by opening windows or adjusting the air conditioning

2. Practicing good hygiene:

Frequent hand washing with antibacterial soap or hand sanitizer (containing at least 70% alcohol)

Avoiding face touching

Always covering coughs and sneezes

No hand-shaking (use non-contact greeting methods)

3. Staying home if:

They or any household member feels sick or displays any COVID-19 symptoms within the past 14 days

They have traveled interstate within the past 14 days

4. To further minimize risk, we ask customers to:

Identify the most efficient routes on-site (with floor marking if necessary) to minimize the contact between people

Pre-lighting locations so staff can efficiently sanitize surfaces, props, and equipment before the crew arrives
